Mask and overlays

1. Paintable mask to better handle adjacent animations.
2. Does not work well with dual monitors.
3. BIGGEST problems:

Inability to play any saved .exe animations. Crashes the loading of the .exe animation, regardless of your demo files or my creations. win10-64

and

None of desktop icons can be run while the animation is running on the desktop. The desktop icons don't work.
